February 6, 2009! The best day of my life!

Here she is! Jocelyn Dawn Shantz! Born on her Great Grandpa Bruce's Birthday! What a precious gift! I have never felt love like this!

So there she is on her birthday! She is the greatest gift I have ever received! I am so lucky to have such a sweet healthy baby!

The Addition!

My Dad and Hubby did the flooring last week and it finally made the addition feel like part of the house! Like a Home! I am pretty sure my dad had to make an extra chiropractor visit for this but I appreciated it so much!

I finally got a mattress so I was able to but the crib together! If baby Shantz ever decides to grace us with her presence this is where she will sleep!

Baby Room!

As I Promised, Jodi! This one is of the crib and changing table. Boring walls still but they will be decorated soon enough (like when I don't have to work 10 hours a day to get the rest of the addition done!)
This is her cute IKEA dresser. Mostly all filled up if you can believe it! And would she truly be my daughter if her closet wasn't full already!?!

Patiently Waiting!

Just wanted to let you all know the latest! The Dr. said that since I had to drive 80 miles in the winter I could choose to be induced any day after the the 26th of January! I will probably choose to wait for it to all happen naturally just to make sure she is absolutely ready. But he also said if she is not here by the 8th he will have to induce! So anytime from the 26th to the 8th we will be welcoming Baby Girl! I can't wait! I have the room done and I think 1 million onsies now I just want a baby girl to put them on!

Thanksgiving 08 (belly pic included)

For Thanksgiving we went to Phoenix to spend some quality time with my in-laws! It was really nice (like 80 degrees Nice!)
Uncle Rob was the Photographer as usual, I just received the CD of pics, although they a little late here they are! And for those of you who have been waiting for a belly pic you finally get your wish!!
The Host and Hostess: Ian and Jen! They just remodeled their kitchen and dining room and it is so beautiful!

The Beautiful table! Ian was just happy that they finally used the China after two years!

30 Week Picture!

I just wanted to share my picture of my (already) chubby faced little girl! At this ultrasound (11/21/08) she was measuring at 30 weeks! My mom was with us for this ultrasound and we could not believe that she has such chubby cheeks already! I can't wait to meet her and see her and hold her!
